A method is proposed to enable individual psychotherapists, whether theorists, researchers, or practitioners, to arrive reasonably close to their own personal foundational beliefs. The collective data may then be used to arrive closer to enunciating the foundational beliefs or sets of foundational beliefs in the field of psychotherapy.
